If within 15 years of manufacture, your turf suffers significant fading, breakdown, or degradation due to natural light exposure, HaloTurf will repair or replace the affected area free of charge or issue a credit equal to the cost of the synthetic grass material. Our warranty coverage extends over a 15-year period, with 100% coverage during the first 8 years, 50% coverage in years 9-12, and 25% coverage in years 13-15.

If within 15 years from the date of manufacture suffers significant fading, breakdown, or degradation due to exposure to natural light within the same 15 year period, HaloTurf will come in and 1) repair or replace the affected area without charge to the customer 2) issue credit equal to the cost of the synthetic grass material.
